The Reconditioned Hercules II Residential Vertical Lift comes to your home in like-new condition with a solid platform and a solid guard panel. Some assembly is required, but installation is simple in most cases: just bolt it into a concrete pad, plug the cord into a standard 115 VAC grounded outlet, and then set the limit switches. Some extra safety requirements may be necessary depending on your situation, such as fascia paneling for lifts installed near a deck, but all-in-all the Reconditioned Hercules II Residential is the quickest, easiest, and most economical solution for basic residential needs. 30 day parts warranty.
