A reconditioned stair lift from AmeriGlide is the least expensive way to get a quality stair lift in your home. Although it doesn't carry the same warranty coverage as a brand new AmeriGlide stair lift, this reconditioned stair lift still has a 1 year parts and 2 year drive train warranty.
The DC stair lifts runs off a battery that recharges when you reach the top or bottom of the stairs. The stair lift will continue to operate even if your home loses power, although the batteries have to be replaced from time to time, depending on usage.

 We really appreciate the stair lift. It is the only way my 90 year old mother can use our stairs. She commented that we should have done this years ago. We were able to install it ourselves with a little help from a friend. Okay, a lot of help from a friend. Clients with a little or a lot of assembly knowledge can save installation fees. It does take up a lot of the climbing space on our stairs, but that is due to the construction or style of our stairs. [...]. Thank you, Debbie Jenkins |
